For the title, I chose THE THIN LINE because I felt it accurately portrays Naruto and Sasuke's rocky friendship/rivalry. And since Sasuke has now joined Orochimaru, the line keeps getting thinner and thinner.

Okay, now that I think about it, it is kind of a lame title, but oh well... you're stuck with it. :P

You can place text within them, or just use them to seperate different sections. You can also adjust the lenght, width, etc...

For easier editing, you might want to use Microsoft Frontpage instead of trying to do everything using notepad. It makes it much easier and gives you more realistic (and faster) results.
